Griffin, son of Sound and Bato..This guy is big, beautiful and strong. The humans of Wild and Free Mushing jokingly call Griffin and his brother Orthros ‘the horses’ because of their size. Who knew little (but powerful) Bato would create such big beings?! No it actually does make sense, they get the size from Bato’s dad Storm (Mackey). Griffin is a playful dude and he happily plays with other grown up dogs, puppies and/or humans (sometimes the play gets a bit rough though – we are pretty sure he doesn’t quite understand how big/powerful he is).. However once the harnesses come out and we’re hooking up for a run, Griffin is ALL business. He bangs the harness, screams excitedly and is ready to GO! This fall Griffin has been training in the lead role with his mentor Vic, and he’s doing really good!
