November is here and we are BUSY at Wild and Free. We’re training dogs and preparing for the race season, on top of the daily life and chores at the homestead.

As we’re getting closer to race time we wanted to take the opportunity to thank you all for your support, and give you a little update on ways you can continue to support the Wild and Free Team this season.

All our dogs have been sponsored, and that makes us incredibly happy! Our new additions to the team, the 5 dogs from Hey Moose Kennel (Treason, Jackson, Figment, Jip and Tock) as well as our 11 puppies were so warmly welcomed by you all, and we’re super excited to have them all on our team now and in the future!

Brent and dogs are heading to Copper Basin January 11th, and the Yukon Quest 1000mi February 1st and Iditarod in March. To help out with the entry fees for these races we have a beautiful Limited Edition Silver Patch made by Becky at 5 Sibes Sewing and a Wild and Free bumper sticker for sale. The proceeds for these patches (and bumper stickers) go directly towards our race fees during the 2019/2020 race season. Get your patch and bumper sticker here.

Throughout training and racing we go through quite a bit of supplies, whether it’s booties for the dogs, snacks and gear for Brent, drop bags, storage for items within the drop bags etc.. Many of you have asked how you can help out with these supplies, and we now have a way for you to directly contribute. We have added some of the gear and supplies to our Amazon Shopping list, and we will continue to add items that will help Brent, and the rest of the Wild and Free Team, stay comfortable, fueled and happy out here on the Eureka trails during training and races. Check the Amazon list out here!

To help out with booties for the dogs, you can click the links found on our Support page (scroll down to Dog Booties Donation). There’s also a donation button at the bottom of the website.

We are so incredibly thankful for every single one of our fans/followers and we can’t thank you enough for your support for Brent, dogs and the rest of the Wild and Free team!
