At this time we have 9 puppies out here at the homestead, and we wanted to give you a quick update about them because really.. Who doesn’t love puppy photos?! We also wanted to properly introduce you to the four Sound/Krypton puppies (born April 6th) that will be staying with us here at Wild and Free Mushing!
So without further ado, let us introduce you to the youngest members of the Wild and Free family – left to right; Rhyo (m), Garnet (f), Jade (f) and Marble (f).
They have moved outside and have their own pen to explore and play around in. Daily hikes/walks and lots of play time brings smiles to our faces here at the homestead. We are very excited to see these little ones development so far, and we are looking forward to many more epic play times and daily walks/hikes with these ones this summer, as well as getting them harnessed up and out running in the coming fall/winter.
We also have five 6 month old puppies at the homestead – Aspen, Alder, Spruce, Willow (Josephine/Carbon) and Romba (Chica/Krypton). These guys were all born in the first couple days of December 2017, and they have had tons of fun with us throughout the winter and spring. They’ve now transitioned to summer time and are all enjoying bare ground in their pen (including their own creek to drink fresh water out of). We love going on hikes with these energetic goofballs! We see great potential in these puppies and we’re very excited to get them into their harnesses and get going with training later this year.
