Samson

Samson – son of Josephine and Jackson. The goofiest of the puppies, Samson makes everyone laugh by sticking out his tongue. Behind all the silliness, though, is a promising sled dog. His athleticism and endurance are top-notch. Samson and his litter mates trained the 2020/2021 winter with our puppy training friends, The Bouldings, and came back as very well-trained sled dogs.  The summer of 2021 I enjoyed free hiking and bonding with Samson and his siblings and in early winter they went back to The Bouldings to start their first year of race training! This was great training for Samson and will no doubt set him up to be a successful race dog in the future.  Last season he ran in the Alpine Creek Excursion with my handler and did great! Samson is going to be a great asset to the race team this season- we can’t wait to see what is in store for him!
