Sasha

Sasha is one of the most well-built dogs in the Kennel and has one of the smoothest gaits of any dog I have ever run. A son of Silver, and like most of Silver’s sons, he resembles his dad in many ways. His loving demeanor and constant need for attention makes him one of the needier dogs in the Kennel, but the love he has to run and his endless energy makes him a contender for the race team every season.  After being plagued by injury in 2015, he bounced back in 2016 and played a key role in the Yukon Quest team. Look for Sasha to be back in the mix for a spot on one of our Yukon Quest or Iditarod teams in 2017!
