Cat was a stand-out in 2015 at just two years old. Weighing in at just 45 pounds, she is one of the smallest dog in the Kennel, but you would never know it when she is working because she pulls like she is a 60-pound male! A daughter of Silver and Sound, she has proven she has the potential to be a superstar just like her parents. She was the youngest at only two years old on my winning Yukon Quest team and was not just in the team, but played a huge role in our victory.  She again played a big role in all three of our races in 2016. A bit shy at first, she takes a while to warm up to people, but once she does, she is one of the most lovable dogs on the planet!  Now five years old, Cat has made it to veteran status and I am excited to watch here help mentor the young dogs and help carry the team to success in 2018. I am extremely excited about her future and confident that she will play a large role in our race team for many years to come.
